To encourage academic engagement and knowledge dissemination, ICMOCE 2027 offers <b>Registration Fee Waivers<\/b> to advanced <strong>PhD students<\/strong>\u00a0(up to 20 numbers) with accepted papers at the conference.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a396065 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a396065\" elementor-size-default\">Eligibility<\/h6>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c62bf84 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" for the registration fee waiver, applicants must meet the following criteria:<\/p><ul><li><b>PhD Student Status:<\/b> Applicants must be enrolled in a PhD program and have completed at least two years of their doctoral studies.<\/li><li><b>Conference Contribution:<\/b> Be the first author and presenter of an accepted paper (oral or poster) at ICMOCE 2027.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b1019c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2b1019c\" Research Summary:<\/b> A SOP (maximum 3 pages) detailing academic background, expected or completed graduation dates, list of publications, and research-related awards.<\/li><li class=\"MsoNormal\"><b>Submitted Papers:<\/b> Details of the submitted manuscript at ICMOCE 2027.<\/li><li class=\"MsoNormal\"><b>Endorsement Letter<\/b> from an academic advisor, or department head: It does not cover travel, accommodation, or other expenses.<\/li><li>Recipients must attend the full conference and actively participate in all the sessions.<\/li><li>The awardee has to submit a report in the PDF format (minimum 5 pages) at the end of the conference <b>summarizing the posters displayed in any two of the poster sessions<\/b> at the conference.<\/li><li>Reimbursement will be processed only upon submission of original receipts on site at ICMOCE 2027.<\/li><li>Failure to attend the conference will result in the grant being
