Scholars and experts who are intending to propose a tutorial related to all topics of the conference at PECTEA-2028 are cordially invited to send a proposal directly to the Tutorial Chair Dr. Olive Ray (<a href=\"mailto:olive@iitbbs.ac.in\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">olive@iitbbs.ac.in<\/a>) with cc to <a href=\"mailto:pectea2025@iitbbs.ac.in\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pectea2025@iitbbs.ac.in<\/a><\/p><p>The proposal consists of a three-page summary including tutorial title, name and affiliation of the lecturer(s), tutorial objectives and audience, topical outline and provisional schedule of the tutorial.<\/p><p>Half Day (approx. 3 hours)<br \/>Full day (approx. 6 hours)<\/p><p>The dead-line to submit Tutorial proposal is\u00a0<b>30th March 2028.<\/b><\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Call for tutorial Will be updated shortly!
