Guideline for Final Paper Submission (only after acceptance of initially submitted paper)<\/h3>
A. Complete the registration through <\/b>https:\/\/conference.iitbbs.ac.in\/pectea2025\/index.php\/registration\/<\/a>.\u00a0<\/div>
The accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore, only if at least one author registers (full registration) and presents the paper in the conference. Early registration deadline: 10th May 2025.<\/div><\/div>
B. Revise Your paper thoroughly based on the comments made by the reviewers.
<\/b><\/div>
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 1. Incorporate the comments made by the reviewers and follow IEEE conference template strictly.<\/div>
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 2. Make sure the similarity scores of your paper is less than 30%<\/div>
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 3. The maximum file size is 4 MB and number of pages: 6 pages (however 2 additional pages are allowed with additional charges upto a total of maximum 8 pages).<\/div>
C. Include the copyright notice at the bottom of the first page of the paper.<\/b><\/div>

D. Check Final Paper in PDF eXpress<\/b><\/div>

  1. Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress website<\/a><\/p><\/li>

  2. First-time users should do the following:\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

    1. Select the New Users<\/p><\/li>

    2. Enter the following:
      a. 61788X is the conference ID for PECTEA-2025.
      b. Your email address
      c. A password<\/p><\/li>

    3. Continue to enter information as prompted.<\/p><\/li>

    4. An online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/li>

    5. Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid. Use\u00a0\u00a061788X<\/b> for the Conference ID.<\/p><\/li>

      1. Download the IEEE Xplore-Compatible PDF from PDF eXpress\u00a0<\/b>(or it will be received by email). The file name will be like [an unique number].pdf<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>

        Initial Paper Submission Guideline<\/h3>
        1. The papers can be submitted to any of the relevant Track or accepted Special Sessions.<\/li>
        2. Submit the final paper in IEEE two-column format as a .pdf file not exceeding six (6) A4 size pages (maximum size 4MB). The paper template can be downloaded from following link: IEEE – Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings<\/a><\/li>
