- Each full registration is valid for one paper.
- Student registrations are not valid for inclusion of papers in the conference proceedings.
- Any type of registration includes access to all conference activities, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and coffee breaks.
- Registration fee is non-refundable.
- GST of 18% will be extra for each registration. Also, additional transaction fees may be charged by the payment gateway and foreign currency conversions.
- 5% discount will be provided for IEEE IES Members
- Accompanying Person will not have access to Technical Events
- The maximum number of pages in a paper is limited to 6 in the initial submission. However final submission may go upto max 8 pages with minimum additional charges for 2 pages
- The foreign authors who are unable to travel due to visa or other limitations, can present their paper online with prior approval from the conference organizing chair.
- Top 20% of the papers (within the scope of IEEE Industry Applications Society ) may be recommended by the conference Organizing Committee for further review to be published in the IEEE IAS Transactions or Magazine after the papers are uploaded to IEEE Xplore.
Important information about discount rates:
During the registration process you will be asked to fill in the membership number or upload the student ID.
Please make sure to renew your membership long enough before the deadline of fees changes as we will not be able to grant you early bird member fee if your membership information is not up-to-date at the days of fees’ change.
