Guideline for Final Paper Submission (only after acceptance of initially submitted paper)

A. Complete the registration through https://conference.iitbbs.ac.in/pectea2025/index.php/registration/. 
The accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore, only if at least one author registers (full registration) and presents the paper in the conference. Early registration deadline: 10th May 2025.
B. Revise Your paper thoroughly based on the comments made by the reviewers.
          1. Incorporate the comments made by the reviewers and follow IEEE conference template strictly.
          2. Make sure the similarity scores of your paper is less than 30%
          3. The maximum file size is 4 MB and number of pages: 6 pages (however 2 additional pages are allowed with additional charges upto a total of maximum 8 pages).
C. Include the copyright notice at the bottom of the first page of the paper.
           For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
           For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 979-8-3315-3012-9/25/$31.00 ©2025 Crown
           For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 979-8-3315-3012-9/25/$31.00 ©2025 European Union
           For all other papers the copyright notice is: 979-8-3315-3012-9/25/$31.00 ©2025 IEEE
 
    Include the copyright notice at the bottom of the first page of the paper (as footnote texts) {Note the regular IEEE paper page margin should not be exceed}
 
D. Check Final Paper in PDF eXpress

  1. Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress website

  2. First-time users should do the following:  

    1. Select the New Users

    2. Enter the following:
      a. 61788X is the conference ID for PECTEA-2025.
      b. Your email address
      c. A password

    3. Continue to enter information as prompted.

    4. An online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

  3. Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid. Use  61788X for the Conference ID.

    1. Download the IEEE Xplore-Compatible PDF from PDF eXpress (or it will be received by email). The file name will be like [an unique number].pdf
E. Submit your revised Manuscript without changing the file name as generated from PDF eXpress [an unique number].pdf  through IES Conferences Community.  See help document how to Make final submission: Documentation | Conferences Community
 
F. Submission of the copyright form to IEEE through IES Conferences Community
    Submission of copyright form to IEEE is mandatory for all accepted papers.  See help document how to Sign copyright form- Documentation | Conferences Community The Final manuscript and copyright submission deadline 30th May 2025.
 

G. Fill the form for hostel accommodation in advance if you wish to stay in IIT Bhubaneswar Hostels: https://conference.iitbbs.ac.in/pectea2025/index.php/hostel-accommodation-requests/

Initial Paper Submission Guideline

  1. The papers can be submitted to any of the relevant Track or accepted Special Sessions.
  2. Submit the final paper in IEEE two-column format as a .pdf file not exceeding six (6) A4 size pages (maximum size 4MB). The paper template can be downloaded from following link: IEEE – Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings
  3. Authors are fully responsible for the plagiarism check of the final manuscript to be uploaded in IEEE Xplore. More details can be found here.” Papers having similarity scores of 30% or above are liable to be rejected without further review”
  4. Paper title and authors order should not be changed while submitting the final manuscript.
  5. The paper will be reviewed in single blind form.
  6. Please submit your initial paper using the following link on or before 30 March 2025 (Closed)
