- Registration is required to issue invitation letters to delegates participating at ICMOCE 2027
- Rates of Late Registration (till 10.05.2027) (Including 18% GST). Late registration papers will not be included in the ICMOCE 2027 Book of Abstracts.

- Each registration (student / academician / industry / R&D) includes: Admission to all technical presentations and exhibits, one registration kit, all session breaks, working lunches and one banquet dinner reception. One can present one paper with one registration. One additional paper may be presented by the registered delegates by paying an additional Rs. 2200/-. The registration fee does not include any travel cost, insurance, accommodation, sightseeing tours or airport transfers.
- In order to receive the discounted student / IEEE registration rates, the delegates are requested to submit appropriate documents (such as photocopy of the valid student identity card and /or IEEE membership card) along with the duly filled registration form and registration fees.
- Listeners / Accompanying person(s) must be registered and is limited to family members of the primary registered person. The accompanying person registration includes admission to exhibit and break areas, banquet dinner reception and working lunches.

Cancellation Policy
Kindly send the cancellation requests to icmoce2027@iitbbs.ac.in, on or before 2nd May 2027.
Refunds will be made after deducing the GST amount and the processing fee of Rs. 500/-.
No refunds will be made post 2nd May 2027. The ICMOCE 2027 Organising Committee decision is final in this regard.
