ICMOCE-2027 Registration Fee Waiver
The International Conference on Microwave, Optical and Communication Engineering (ICMOCE) 2027 is committed to supporting the participation of emerging researchers. To encourage academic engagement and knowledge dissemination, ICMOCE 2027 offers Registration Fee Waivers to advanced PhD students (up to 20 numbers) with accepted papers at the conference.
Eligibility
To qualify for the registration fee waiver, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- PhD Student Status: Applicants must be enrolled in a PhD program and have completed at least two years of their doctoral studies.
- Conference Contribution: Be the first author and presenter of an accepted paper (oral or poster) at ICMOCE 2027.
Application Process
Applicants must submit the following documents:
- Completed Registration Fee Waiver Application Form (Click here).
- Biography and Research Summary: A SOP (maximum 3 pages) detailing academic background, expected or completed graduation dates, list of publications, and research-related awards.
- Submitted Papers: Details of the submitted manuscript at ICMOCE 2027.
- Endorsement Letter from an academic advisor, or department head: A letter confirming the applicant’s commitment to attend the conference and present at least one paper.
Selection Criteria
- Merit of the research work (quality of research idea presented in SOP).
- Contribution to the conference theme and relevance to ICMOCE (as evident from CV).
Important Dates
- Application Deadline: 21 April 2027.
- Notification of Award: 25 April 2027.
- Award Disbursement: Within 3 weeks of completion of ICMOCE 2027.
Terms and Conditions
- The fee waiver covers the full conference registration fee only. It does not cover travel, accommodation, or other expenses.
- Recipients must attend the full conference and actively participate in all the sessions.
- The awardee has to submit a report in the PDF format (minimum 5 pages) at the end of the conference summarizing the posters displayed in any two of the poster sessions at the conference.
- Reimbursement will be processed only upon submission of original receipts on site at ICMOCE 2027.
- Failure to attend the conference will result in the grant being revoked.
